30-day refund. If Tatammi isn't right for you, email hello@tatammi.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full.
We'll ask what went wrong. Tatammi is made by one person, and knowing why something didn't work is the most useful thing a refund can leave behind, so tell us as much or as little as you like.
We aim to reply within one business day. Once processed, the money goes back to your original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it, which is their timeline rather than ours.
Once a refund goes through we release the licence, so Tatammi returns to its unlicensed state on the Macs it was activated on. Naming, switching and shortcuts keep working, and auto-tiling stops. Nothing is deleted and nothing else changes.
Your desktop names and settings stay exactly where they are, so if you come back later, you pick up where you left off.
Email us anyway. The 30-day promise is the part we guarantee, not the limit of what we're willing to do. If Tatammi breaks after a macOS update, or stops working on your setup and we can't fix it, that's a fair reason to want your money back and we'll treat it as one.
The best refund is the one nobody needs. Tatammi has a 10-day trial. No card, no account, nothing disabled. It runs on your Mac, with your apps and your habits, which is the only test that actually settles it. We'd rather you found out for free.
One thing worth checking during the trial: Tatammi needs macOS Accessibility permission to arrange windows, and requires macOS 13.0 or later. If tiling isn't working, that permission is nearly always why, and it's a two-minute fix, not a refund. Ask us first.
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes months to resolve, whereas an email takes a day and gets you the same money. We have never refused a refund request within the window and don't intend to start.
